You can pay by phone @ 866-612-4915 or online @ CarrollCountyWater.com, be sure to include your correct account number and name when using these payment options. Our office and drive-thru are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. We are closed 12:00pm-12:30pm for lunch. Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns, or to set up a Payment Plan.
